I can’t tell you how excited I am to create what I’m calling a “Movement Movement”… a fabulous community that takes on previously unresolved back, neck, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and ankle pain and puts the power in your hands to solve it, wherever and whenever you want without having to go to someone to fix things.
Most notably in regards to your back pain: Without actually touching your back.
Kicking off the 27 days of happiness together will be a huge overview workout so you can immediately see the Birds Eye View, and then we zoom in.
We will kick off the program on Monday May 13th, and then meet again on Thursdays to add to your workout at just the right pace. You are here to learn about you and this will happily continue for 27 days.
At the end of the 27 days, you will know all about the main target muscles, where they are, how to get it to work, how to know if it is working and options on exercises for that muscle.
Remember, this requires a willingness to explore, experiment, and curiosity as you take on the responsibility of learning about yourself. This is what I’ve been up to for the last 25 years, and now you will get all the secrets and tips and tricks and tweaks that I can possibly pack into our workouts without overwhelming you with too much information.
